Our client is an award-winning building contractor with forty years' experience in the social housing sector. Sustainable Building Services (UK) Ltd is part of Sustainable Group (UK), who we began working with in 2012. Building Services are active throughout the UK. Their core services are building repairs and maintenance, whole house refurbishment, repairs & maintenance, and energy efficiency works. The company has grown by 350% since 2011 and has delivered improvements to more than 100,000 social housing properties.
Web Strategy
We worked with our client to map out a web strategy for Sustainable Group. This was in 2012. With the client, we revisited the strategy ahead of designing the site for Sustainable Building Services. This review and adjustment also led to a revamp of the group site.
Web Design
A significant percentage of the new business that our client wins is through competitive tender. As a result it was a high priority for the Building Services site to be supportive of the well defined and proven bid process used to win work. The web site does this by showcasing the work that the business has successfully completed, listing the industry credentials that have been hard earned, and echoing the culture and ethos of the company.
